Solana Beach roof cleaning

We had a client reach out that needed to have their roof cleaned to be able to continue their home owners insurance. During the estimate we explained how we utilize hot water @ 195 degrees to clean and remove organic/environmental build up. By using hot water instead of only cold water we are able to more effectively remove the organics and utilize less pressure vs. cold water cleaning. With all insurance requests we provide 8-10 before and 8-10 after photos for our client to provide to their insurance providers. After the roof cleaning a full property heavy hot water rinse is used to remove any debris from the roof cleaning. We also used our environmental water reclaim trailer to capture any water run off from going into the storm drains.
