San Diego house wash and medium pressure roof deep cleaning

We had a client reach out in Scripps Ranch that received a letter from their HOA to remove their stucco staining on the front of their home that was created from roof runoff spashing up on the stucco and creating a deep black stain. After initial consultation with the client and reviewing the root cause of the staining coming from the roof top. Our client chose to have their entire concrete tile roof deep cleaned follow by a house wash. Project turned out great. See the before photos of the stucco staining above the garage roof line.
