Residential Roof Washing for Solar Prep
We had a client contact us from a home in Carmel Valley about need their concrete roof washed and all of the algae and grime removed before they were having solar installed in the next couple of weeks. The homeowner said that the solar company putting in their system required it to be cleaned prior to ensure safety for the installers. We were able to revitalize the concrete roof to a condition that might have looked better than when it was new using our hot water system and no detergents or chemicals. After the job was completed the homeowner advised me that he is in real estate and will be calling All-Star Power Wash for some future projects.
