Commercial Property Cleaning in Carlsbad, CA
New owner of a commercial property in Carlsbad called stating the building was dirty and wanted it cleaned up. We discussed the property and after initial visit of the property agreed on the services best needed for the client. All-Star Power Wash of San Diego did a soft wash of the buildings exterior, used our spotless water system for final rinse on all the windows, all concrete flat work was cleaned using hot water and surface cleaner machines. The back patio with tables for break time turned out fantastic also! Final touch was spraying down all the front parking spots and using our water reclaim system to capture the run off. Project turned out fantastic!
